Nicola Project Director & Producer

Nicola has over 20 years experience in the world of live events and will take a client brief from inception to completion, overseeing all aspects of a project.

Working closely with the client and her production team, Nicola has a strong track record of delivering events to a meticulous standard worldwide, on time and on budget! She artfully balances creative concepts with logistical and budget solutions. Her no-nonsense approach, strong communication skills and flexible attitude are key strengths. She has an extraordinary ability to remain calm and in control even under extreme pressure – and whilst retaining a good sense of humour!

Nicola

Grace Project Director & Producer

Grace has been immersed in live events for most of her working life and has nearly 20 years experience working across a wide range of projects - from small bespoke private celebrations through to large & complex high-profile productions across the globe.

A passion for delivering high quality live experiences means Grace works tirelessly to ensure every element of an event meets her exacting standards. Combining thorough attention to detail with proven project management skills and a zest for creativity and innovation, Grace will ensure that every step of the production process brings new life to each event. From the initial concept & creative design through to onsite delivery, she works with clients to develop a solution that meets every requirement and maximises the delegate experience each time.

Graham Technical Director

Graham has overall responsibility for the technical aspects of each event, both in pre-production and on site. He manages the production schedules, technical crew and all health and safety procedures to ensure our vigorous production standards are met at all times.

His technical expertise stems from a solid background in video projection and a robust knowledge of all other disciplines (audio, lighting, scenic, special effects etc). Graham has worked with the team for many years, on projects far and wide. His meticulous attention to detail and organisational skills coupled with his friendly and professional manner make him a pleasure to work with. Both client and crew trust his judgment and his ability to remain calm, even in the trickiest situations.

Jason Creative Director

Jason has been creating visual show solutions for more than 25 years across a variety of productions; from West End theatres and television studios to large outdoor festivals and corporate events.

With a strong background in Lighting Design and having illuminated some of the world’s most iconic artists, his creative mind and meticulous eye for detail have proved the test of time and have brought many shows to life. Working as an integral part of the Showstyle team he aims to bring originality, creativity and finesse to your event.

Sue Logistics Director

Sue is a highly accomplished Logistics Manager with over 30 years experience in the event industry. Over the course of her career she has successfully operated a wide range of events including incentives, meetings, conferences and corporate hospitality. Destinations include, Berlin, Budapest, Edinburgh, Florence, Hamburg, Iceland, Lisbon, Malta, Marrakech, Prague, Singapore and Venice to name but a few!

Sue approaches every event with the same eye for detail and dedication to ensure that her client’s expectations are not just met, but are always exceeded! Her straight talking approach and strong negotiation skills are among her many strengths. She aims to please and always goes the extra mile.

Susan Project Manager

Susan is a talented project manager with over 15 years experience working across both the production and logistical spectrum of live events.

Her key strengths include her excellent attention to detail, her ability to grasp new ideas and skills very quickly, and her adaptability and efficient responsiveness to meet tight deadlines under pressure.  A highly organised and self-motivated individual with great people skills, a positive and cheerful disposition, and the ability to keep everyone smiling no matter what challenges they may face!

Spence Video Director

Working in the creative industry for over 15 years, Spencer has developed a wide range of disciplines including concept development, video production and direction, editing, animation, 3D, 2D design, scriptwriting and more.

With multi-disciplined experience of producing content for broadcast, cinema, advertising, corporate, internal communications, web and more Spencer is well placed to support you and your event.

Tim Multimedia Designer

Tim is an expert in 3D visualisation, powerpoint design and animation with 14 years experience in the industry.  He has direct experience of working across a broad range of industry from retail to travel and technology sectors.
Tim is a determined creative and technical designer with an amazing work ethic to boot. His ability to serve his clients to the bitter end is second to none which ensures satisfied customers on every project.
Tim is also is open and willing to get stuck into high-pressure situations and take on big challenges. With his lengthy experience of diverse multimedia platforms almost anything is possible.
